Hi folks! I'm using WordPress for the first time choosing what promises to be a simple Content Management System (CMS) rather than a static HTML site.

Now don't get me wrong, I can make beautiful HTML solutions but wanted to see how this works. If it doesn't then the page look and feel will change along with it.

Things I'll be writing about: Politics of course, religion (that'll scare ya), family, being 50+, and of course DIEabetes or diabetes if the search engines prefer. And whatever else catches my fancy and perhaps yours too.

My approach will be to keep things pretty open. My view is the market-place of ideas is at its best when people express their views, even when they are foolish enough not to share my unique and absolutely wonderful humble wisdom.

Abusive stuff won't be tolerated. And let's hope we don't have to try my patience or red marker.
